Dr Haruda has a number of years of experience in academia, and has held several postdoctoral roles. She currently holds a JRF at Wolfson College alongside her position here at the School of Archaeology.
She is responsible for overseeing all grant and research activity within the School of Archaeology. This includes evaluating applications, making recommendations to the Research Committee, and supporting researchers in developing competitive proposals. She provides high-level advice on costing, eligibility, funding strategy, and long-term planning, and she contributes to shaping the School’s research portfolio and diversifying its income streams.
She also leads on REF2029 outputs activity within the School and advises staff on Open Access requirements and the use of Symplectic Elements. She supports broader research governance and the administration of the School’s publications.
